Through the study of the English language with Soar Beacon, I was able to break that language barrier, generating confidence in myself to have fluid and safe conversations with my colleagues at work and in everyday life; Their tailor-made teaching methodology allowed me to focus the process on my weaknesses and reinforce those existing gaps in grammar, pronunciation and, most importantly, reading comprehension.

Soar's empathetic approach allowed for them to be able to cater to each of our teams' specific needs. By actively listening to our feedback, they diligently worked to develop specific goals and action plans for our weekly improvement. Beyond their analytic ability to provide us with lifelong skills, they also built a trust-based relationship with open communication making them a beacon for help and guidance amongst our staff.

Soar taught the courses to our team, focusing on improving our service, having an excellent personal presentation when addressing the customer and understanding the specific needs of our customers. The opportunity for the team to receive these courses allowed us to understand how to face the real needs of customers, how to address them and how the team could have excellent communication to meet the day to day operations of our company. I have no doubt that these courses allowed us to evaluate aspects that normally go unnoticed but are essential in the provision of the service.
